    If you have any queries about your medication, ask to speak to Vicky Munro, our pharmacy technician, who can escalate the query to a clinician if needed. A good alternative is sending in an Econsult.

    We have a PCN Pharmacy Hub who update your medications when the hospital makes changes either from an admission or clinic appointment. They may contact you to clarify these and we can contact them with queries as well. Please allow time for these changes to happen (7 days) as we do not always get letters from the hospital in a timely fashion. After a clinic appointment if a medication is urgent they should supply it and after an admission they should supply 2 weeks medication.
