    • In Case of Emergency

      If you have chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, serious bleeding or think you may have had a stroke call 999 immediately.

    • Urgent Appointments

      We keep some appointments for urgent, on the day issues. If these have been filled and you feel you have an urgent problem ask the receptionist to get the on call doctor to ring you back.

    • Routine Appointments

      You can book routine appointments using eConsult, telephone or at reception. Non-GP appointments can be booked using SystmOnline.

      If you need to see a GP outside your normal surgery hours there are appointments available on weekends and evenings for all Darlington patients.

    • Home Visits

      If you are too ill to attend the surgery please speak to the receptionist to arrange a home visit ideally before 10.30am

    • Out of Hours

      Out of hours services are provided Monday to Friday 6pm to 8am, weekends Friday 6pm to Monday 8am and Bank Holidays 6pm the night before to 8am the morning after.

    • Disabled Access

      All our clinical services are provided from the ground floor. There is a bell at the front door to ring for assistance if you have difficulty entering the front door and a receptionist will come out to assist you.

    • Change or Cancel an Appointment

      Appointments are most easily cancelled by using the link on your booking reminder or confirmation text, alternatively, ring reception or attend the surgery.
