Staff updates and minor wording change in appointment system.
Booklet format means you can print double sided onto A4 and fold to create an A5 size 4 page booklet.
You should set your printer to 1 page per sheet, double sided printing and to flip the sheet on the short side.
Note : your operating system and printer may refer to these terms in using different words or phrases.
