    We can be contacted in a number of ways.

    Our telephone lines are open from 8am to 6pm. Unless your request is urgent please try to call in the afternoon when lines may be quieter.

    Once you have registered for SystmOnline you can order prescriptions online, book and cancel GP appointments and change your contact details.

    You can speak to a receptionist in person at the surgery to help you with any queries.

    • Opening Hours

      We are open weekdays as follows: Monday, 7:30am to 6pm, Tuesday 7:30am to 6pm, Wednesday 7:30am to 6pm, Thursday 7:30am to 6pm and Friday 7:30am to 6pm. We are closed at the weekend, on English bank holidays, and for half day Protected Learning Time every one to two months.

    • Out of Hours

      Out of hours services are provided Monday to Friday 6pm to 8am, weekends Friday 6pm to Monday 8am and Bank Holidays 6pm the night before to 8am the morning after.

      We are located in Hurworth Place, between Rockliffe Hall hotel and Hurworth Comprehensive school.

    • Physical Accessibility

      All medical services in the practice are provided on the ground floor. There are automatic doors at the main front entrance and and automatic door at the side exit, but this has a step down and should be not be used if you have any mobility issues.

    • Parking

      There is free parking at the front and back of the surgery. Please only use this when attending the surgery or pharmacy. There are 2 disabled bays available.
