- General Practice clearly seems in a very difficult situation with recruitment and retention...workloads that are ridiculous and targets that can never realistically be met. I just wanted you to know that, from my perspective, your practice is 5 star! That's not just my view either...anyone I know who is a patient there, has only positive things to say. The situation around the country is very different I realise...and it must be awful for GPs, the practice staff and patients alike. However, you have the best well-oiled machine...the access to the service is ridiculously well organised...whether by phone...email consultations...Face-to-Face....just amazing. I only really know Dr Macnaughton-Jones and Dr Kent...but, it takes a well functioning team I know to achieve what you all do.
I hope that the pressures of work...all the chatter and insecurity of political ramblings - are not causing a burden for you all and, just to be in no doubt...you are all so valued by your patients and local community xxx

- On entering the Surgery was clean, tidy, presentable and free from clutter with relevant up to date information on show. Booked in promptly with a choice of either front office staff or access to on line system followed with a short waiting time before being seen. Staff very courteous, presentable, knowledgeable of subject, did not judge and provided information throughout process along with being made to feel relaxed and at ease. Follow up appointment given before leaving the room with reassurance of feedback to be provided from GP by close of play on the day. Received feedback of result within the hour by text (preferred method of contact). A lovely experience throughout.
