Please note, in line with the other GP surgeries in Darlington, our Econsultations service will be switched off at weekends. We have had to introduce this to help us cope with demand and capacity at the surgery. Any weekend assistance can still be sought via telephoning 111. You can still submit econsults any time from Monday 7am to Friday 6pm.

We aim to provide high quality accessible healthcare within our friendly welcoming surgery.

The A+E department at the hospital should be used for accidents and emergencies only. The surgery is charged for A+E and urgent care centre attendances.

GP and Nurse appointments are available on the weekends and evenings at Forsyth House. Saturday 8am-2pm, Sunday 9am-1pm, Monday to Thursday 6:30pm-9pm and Friday 6:30-8:30pm. You must make an appointment so please contact the Rockliffe Reception team or call 111.

If you have chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, serious bleeding or think you may have had a stroke please dial 999.

All patients have a named GP who is responsible for the care and support we give you, but you can see any GP you choose. Ask at reception to find out your named GP.

You can access your summary care record through SystmOnline. You will be able to access and print summary information from your medical record. This is currently limited to medications, allergies and adverse reactions.
